Terrible service management Book an appointment to have a set of tires changed over. Change over takes 3 hours. Great Service from Sales Staff When I began looking for a new vehicle recently, the Nissan Kicks caught my eye. As I checked some of the dealership websites, I questioned the price of one available at Sherwood Nissan and received info back from Elise immediately. When I decided I'd like to see the vehicle, I chose to go to the dealership closest to my home in Stony Plain, rather than take a drive all the way to Sherwood Park. A 'Kicks' was parked outside the entrance, but it was locked. I walked into the dealership, and nobody greeted me. I walked through the showroom, sat inside a new vehicle, but nobody came around. I decided if sales service was that bad, future dealings would only be worse, so I left. I guess grey haired, senior women, shopping alone don't merit attention there. I messaged Elise that I was coming to look at the Kicks and Versa. As I approached the dealership, the door was opened, I received a friendly greeting and Elise approached with keys in hand, ready to show me the cars. She encouraged me to go for a test drive and do a comparison on the vehicles. Once the decision was made to purchase the Kicks, Elise was very efficient in drawing up necessary paperwork and was a delightful woman to deal with throughout the whole process...always attentive, patient and pleasant. She encouraged me to come back for help if I had any questions about the new technology in my new car. Further dealings with managers and Illya, in finance, went smoothly, so I would definitely recommend dealing at Sherwood Nissan. More
Searching for a newer car I was searching for a newer car after my 2002 blew a head gasket and it was not worth fixing. I had checked another dealership previously and they were very helpful, but only had 2 cars they could show me in my price range of 16k to 19k. Black or white. Neither of which I really liked. I had decided a Nissan is a good make because both my brother and sister have Nissan’s. We went to the Sherwood Park Nissan dealership-it was about 7,15pm on a Saturday evening, and we knew the dealership closed at 8pm but I wanted a look at the Nissan’s. and was prepared to go back on Sunday. I had seen 2 cars on their website that I liked, and THEY WERE IN STOCK on the lot, no ploy to get you in and show you something else. We met Matt and told him about the 2 Nissan’s and he took us up to see both, one was blue and one was silver.... they had all the specs that I was looking for and more. We told him we would come back Sunday for a test drive, but he said there was time for a test drive as he was not working to the clock...... I loved the blue car, but when I saw the silver car, the blue one went right out of my head. The Nissan Sentra was fully loaded, low mileage and he explained every aspect of the car, showing us absolutely everything. We had the test drive and car handled great, we put down a deposit on the car until we got to the bank for the balance when it opened after the week end. When we got our insurance and registration sorted out Matt had the car ready, washed and gassed up ready to put the plate on. He was very efficient, took us to what we wanted to see, did not try to talk us out of the one I wanted, and there were absolutely no hassles. Matt was wonderful, I have never met a nicer or better knowledgeable USED car salesman. If you do not want to be pushed and prodded out of what you know you want, MATT IS YOUR MAN!! More

Purchased new 2015 Titan pro4x constant issues Purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan Pro4x in October 2015. The truck has had nothing but issues. It is now waiting to have its fourth rear differential axle Purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan Pro4x in October 2015. The truck has had nothing but issues. It is now waiting to have its fourth rear differential axle assembly installed on the vehicle at 52000 km of highway use. The axle is on emergency back order and has been for over a month with no arrival date in sight. Their suggestion was to trade the truck in on a new Titan taking on more debt so they can then push this dangerous vehicle on some one else. I would suggest you run as far and fast as you can away from Nissan. Nissan Canada's customer service has been zero help. They will do nothing to help you when they sell you a lemon. More
