Not good Had vehicle towed here twice for a solution to my vehicle not starting. We suspected the fuel pump to be an issue. They said they would run their own diagnosis on it which is great. They replaced the fuel pump.. vehicle wouldn't start so did something electrical on it.. thought the problem was resolved but wasn't. Paid $600 for that. Had it towed there a second time to now discover the problem was the ECM. $600 later I still have no solution to my broken vehicle. No accountability was taken and no refund. They say the fuel pump was replaced by customer request.. well I'm not a mechanic or I would have dealt with the problem in the first place instead of taking it to a professional.. not impressed. More

Pleasantly surprised We purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima . About two weeks later we realized there were a few issues: one fog light burned out, remote not working properly a We purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima . About two weeks later we realized there were a few issues: one fog light burned out, remote not working properly and tow hole not filled in. When we went back they happily replaced the fog light, put a new battery in the remote and put the piece back in the Tow Hole. We were treated very well by the salesman and manager and they did their best to honor our financial needs. More
