excellent post-sale service I bought a used 2014 Sorento from this dealership when the weather was close to -30 Celsius. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed the vehicle was ma I bought a used 2014 Sorento from this dealership when the weather was close to -30 Celsius. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed the vehicle was making rattling sound. I took my vehicle back to the dealership and the sway bar bushings and sway bar links were replaced at no cost. A few days ago I turned on my air conditioning for the first time, and it was not working. I spoke to general manager Mario and recon manager Greg and they fixed the problem. These people are extremely professional. They stand by their products, and surely look after their customers after the sale. They take your concerns very seriously and they take care of the problems to your satisfaction. They aim to build long-term relationship with their customers. I cannot thank Mario and Greg enough. They certainly make me feel like I want to keep coming back to Sherwood Nissan to buy cars over and over. More

Not good Had vehicle towed here twice for a solution to my vehicle not starting. We suspected the fuel pump to be an issue. They said they would run their own diagnosis on it which is great. They replaced the fuel pump.. vehicle wouldn't start so did something electrical on it.. thought the problem was resolved but wasn't. Paid $600 for that. Had it towed there a second time to now discover the problem was the ECM. $600 later I still have no solution to my broken vehicle. No accountability was taken and no refund. They say the fuel pump was replaced by customer request.. well I'm not a mechanic or I would have dealt with the problem in the first place instead of taking it to a professional.. not impressed. More
