Darko is the man to see, as he knows products, and doesn't have the stereotypical "car sales pushy" attitude. He lets you decide, without pressure. When I think back to the purchase of the Explorer at another dealer, and how horrible it was I can honestly say that I wish I knew Darko 7 months ago. He selected and pulled up a new vehicle with the equipment I requested and after going through the features and options we went for a test drive. My car was not supposed to be ready till the Monday but they finished it on Friday, instead of telling me that I had to return my rental she said that I could keep the rental for the weekend as I was not expecting to pick the car up till then. I was extremely impressed I did pick up my car on the Friday and tried to find her to thank her but i didn't see her. The sevice and Shelley at Sherwood Ford are excellent.
