Outstanding from start to finish! We really needed newer car but werent really sure we would be able to find one that was in our price range. I checked on the Sherwood Park site and f We really needed newer car but werent really sure we would be able to find one that was in our price range. I checked on the Sherwood Park site and found a 2013 Escape that was in our range with low km and looked great. I sent an inquiry and Matt Irvine set us up to come in and test drive it. He never tried to upsell a more expensive new car or pressured us. He let the test drive speak for itself which was fantastic. Our credit was a bit shakey but aftee we decided that, yes, this was the car for us, turned us to their awesome finance department. Luke from there worked his magic and were became proud new Ford owners. I would recommend Matt, Luke and the entire dealership to anyone looking for a zero pressure car buying experience. I know that as long as we are in Alberta this will be our go to for vehicles! More
