We found the perfect truck for me, and the purchase process was seamless. There was no waiting around, and everything was handled efficiently. Bought a new truck, went to pick it up to be told once I got there that it had faulty AC parts and they were on back order with no ETA. I was told I could have a loaner vehicle which I declined and insisted got there that it had faulty AC parts and they were on back order with no ETA. I was told I could have a loaner vehicle which I declined and insisted on a truck that was ready to go now, which is what I bought. I was told there were a few twin vehicles we could swap for, or perhaps switch parts on a different vehicle and the sales manager would contact me first thing the next morning. Was finally told the next evening after a few texts that no the parts can’t be swapped and now suddenly they do not have any twin trucks we can swap. After continuing to insist on a replacement truck they tell me they will arrange one from another dealer. Another day goes by with no update. Finally told after texting again that a replacement truck was coming, but no details on the truck itself, just told that they are the same. Eventually get fed up and call to speak to someone else, get the General Sales Manager. Finally get them to send me the info on the second truck. Quick look at the photos and see they are not exactly the same, second truck is missing multi pro tail gate. Either didn’t care enough to notice or hoped I wouldn’t. Eventually agree to issue me a chq to cover the extra cost of tail gate. Go to pick up replacement truck about a week later, both side mirrors are scratched and there is a dent near the rear window. They are going to repair but more additional hassle, a brand new truck for that price should not need repairs. Also the undercoating was extremely wet, splashed up onto the truck during the short drive home and dripped all over the driveway. Sales team have time to text you 12 times a day before the sale is done and after that good luck. No sense of urgency or desire to make things right. Tried to reach out to the GM multiple times but he was in meetings or on vacation every time and didn’t respond to any emails. Do not recommend. More
Bought a new 2024 GMC Canyon Denali through the dealership, everything was great until the point I actually took delivery of it. Had my previous vehicle written off, while I waited for insurance t dealership, everything was great until the point I actually took delivery of it. Had my previous vehicle written off, while I waited for insurance to get everything taken care of they got me into a loaner until my truck was ready which was really good on their part and was definitely appreciated. When I picked the truck up, one of the tires had low air pressure, not a huge deal, but if I'm buying a vehicle I would think something like that would be taken care of ahead of time before the customer actually takes delivery. Had PPF installed through the dealership as well, not even 2 weeks later I noticed a couple spots with bubbling/lifting, have taken it in already for an inspection for them to fix the issues as well as do a Peace Of Mind inspection on the leveling kit that I also had them install. After picking it up I noticed the spots were missed and nothing had been done, the Peace of mind inspection also wasn't done. It was missing the front floor mats and second key, which I did receive at a later date. Had a tonneau cover installed as part of the deal, unfortunately the one that was installed wasn't the one I had picked out. Apparently they revert back to the one they installed even though it was about $500 less, cause that's their "go to" tonneau cover. When I asked about this, I was told I paid a lower amount, but that lower price didn't drop my payment any, so I don't know how I paid less without actually paying less. I previously reached out to the GM Erik about these issues and that's when I was booked in for the appointment for the inspections, afterwards I reached out again to give an update on the things that's were missed/not done and haven't heard back since, which has been over a month at this point. More

Dishonest about pricing. They were great getting us in the door. Had all the right answers and treated us fairly. Unfortunately upon delivery that’s when things started falling apart. Couldn’t get us our copies of paperwork ( big amvic no no) couldn’t get us the 2nd set of keys as promised. Didn’t even get the truck home without check engine lights coming on. 5 months later still waiting on empty promises. I would stay away from this place. More

When we purchased our truck we made it clear that it must be mechanically sound(we stressed this many times to our sales person and the finance guy). I was in contact with our sales person and he told me that nothing could make me happy and I was in a rush to get our truck(yes, I was looking forward to getting my new to me truck but once we got a loaner vehicle I didn't care how long it took to make the truck right). In the 3 months we have had the truck it has been back and fourth numerous times to our local dealership trying to discover/fix the issues. We are not impressed that once Sherwood GMC received our money they did not care about us anymore. More
I would not recommend Sherwood GMC. I found the staff very unprofessional(swearing and pretend fighting on the sales floor). As much as I love my GMC and Sherwood GMC is very close I would take it elsewhere if you want good service and professionalism More
