Don't buy any used car from here unless you know everything about the car you want to buy. They wouldn't let you any issues unless you could find out in the beginning. I purchased a 2018 BMW X3 3 everything about the car you want to buy. They wouldn't let you any issues unless you could find out in the beginning. I purchased a 2018 BMW X3 30i from Sherwood Buick GMC in December 2025. I am writing to formally express my serious concerns regarding multiple undisclosed mechanical issues and missing components that were discovered shortly after the purchase of the vehicle. Only a few days after taking delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that the blind spot detection system was not functioning properly, and the vehicle also had a coolant leak that triggered a low coolant warning. The dealership agreed to cover the initial repairs through BMW service. However, only a few months later, the coolant warning returned again, and I was forced to pay nearly $1,000 out of pocket for additional repairs related to the same issue. More concerning is what I later learned from the BMW dealership. During the repair inspection, BMW technicians found engine oil leaks in three separate locations. I was later informed that these oil leak concerns had already been reported to Erik, the General Manager, during the first repair visit in January. Despite this, the issue was never disclosed to me, nor was any repair authorized. Recently, another serious issue was discovered. A friend helping me inspect the vehicle noticed that the engine cover and the lower center underbody cover were both missing from the vehicle. These are not cosmetic parts — they are important protective components designed to shield the engine and underbody from water, debris, and road damage. I contacted BMW service directly, and their Service Manager, Mike, reviewed the original repair video from January. He confirmed that the vehicle already had both covers missing at that time, meaning the dealership was aware — or should reasonably have been aware — that these components were absent before or shortly after the sale. What troubles me most is not simply that the vehicle has problems. I understand that a used vehicle may require maintenance. The issue is that important known problems and missing components were apparently not disclosed to me, while I was left to discover them gradually and absorb the repair costs myself. When I raised concerns previously, I was told: “You bought a ten-year-old car. These issues are normal. More issues will come. You should buy a newer vehicle.” I find this response unacceptable from a dealership that promotes itself as “Canada’s #1 GMC dealership.” Customers should reasonably expect honesty, transparency, and proper disclosure regarding known mechanical issues and missing parts at the time of sale. I went to go get my vehicle… once I got there I noticed the tr was told my $45,500 vehicle was basically mint. I live in vernon 10hrs away from them. I went to go get my vehicle… once I got there I noticed the truck was scratched horribly they gave me the fobe key only to find that one did not work. After we discussed these matters I took the vehicle home. I FOUND OUT HALF WAY TO BC I HAD ZERO BRAKE LIGHTS OR INDICATORS.. I found out the person that sold me my car was not registered to sell cars under Alberta government. I asked for a refund cause I had the 30 days they had said I had. BUTTTTT they turned around and said now I don’t have 30 days. And they don’t want to do anything about these problems. It’s been a nightmare Do not buy a vehicle from this company! I have had rude texts from them been told it’s not there problem. They misrepresented me this vehicle. In my opinion at the very least the things I wanted done and should be done on a 45,500 vehicle were not done. I asked for it to be clean and it would be nice to have a key that works. And the brake lights is just terrible as they past it through an INSPECTION FOR ME WITH ZERO LIGHTS.. makes you wonder how good there mechanics are!!!. Anyway DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. More

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Erik is among the most dishonest and deceitful in this industry and his sales associate Amer played right along. I put a deposit down on dealership. Erik is among the most dishonest and deceitful in this industry and his sales associate Amer played right along. I put a deposit down on a truck and they offered it to another customer for a test drive. Then when I called them out for how illegal that was, they tried to forget all about it and move to closing the deal. Then they lied about regulations and refused to sell me the vehicle in cash to try and squeeze extra financing money out of me when I communicated I was ready and willing to drop almost 100k. CASH. Will be reporting them to AMVIC. More

Unfortunately no accountability, clearly lacking customer service skills and ability to follow up and own an issue. I have yet to receive a truck that I am paying for and literally am chasing for updates da service skills and ability to follow up and own an issue. I have yet to receive a truck that I am paying for and literally am chasing for updates daily. I would strongly advise not to do business at this dealership. If there an any type of issue start documenting and escalating to the right people as this gentleman is out of his element of what good customer service is all about and means More
