I found that Phil was very understanding of what I was looking for and very accommodating in ensuring that I got the exact truck that I wanted. I realized that I would have to wait a while for one that was being shipped from the plant, but he was very honest, let me know that there wasn't a specific "delivery date" and that he would keep me posted, which he did. I feel that Phil helped me pick the best options for my truck, ensuring that I got what I needed and wasn't purchasing something that I didn't. I would recommend the dealership to others, and I would specifically direct them to deal with Phil. The only suggestion I would make, was that it was the financing department that was asking about 3rd party add-ons such as the spray in box liner, undercarriage protection spray etc. and that they were not particularly knowledgeable about the product or whether or not it was applicable to the vehicle being purchased. For example, the spray in box liner, when I asked who supplied it and how it compared to well known brands such as Line-X, I got no real information and when I did receive the "manufacturer" of the product, I could find any information on it, or that the company provided even existed. Additionally they were unaware that the 2014 GMC had the plastic panels on the box which would prevent them from applying there. With the undercarriage spray, I asked about it, and where it would be applied. I was told that the frame and wheel wells would be sprayed. In my many miles off on/off road, I didn't feel that it would do much in the wheel wells other than dampen noise (to which I later found had already been lined at factory and thus would have been completely unnecessary). Additionally when I described how the truck frame was coated in wax, and I didn't understand how it would stick/benefit me in any way... I was told that this would stick better than wax... Obviously missing the point that I was trying to make. I only mention these as areas to improve upon, if someone discusses products that are applicable to my vehicle and can explain/prove how it will benefit me, I am inclined to listen, research, and potentially purchase. When little is known of the product or application, I immediately feel as that it is a poor attempt to gain revenue for no real added value... At least that is how I perceive it. But again, this was the only negative component that I could find and was a small one at that. Overall I was quite pleased with my experience. More

Had my truck in 5 times to get a water leak fixed they can not fix the leak, saying that they have done they can and I will have to accept the fact it is going to leak . The Dealership was layed out very nicely. We were able to browse the vehicles in the showroom without any problems and got to see a bunch of different types and prices. She was extremely friendly and patient with us, even after multiple test drives. She knew the details of the vehicle and walked us through the buying process which made it much less daunting. In the end, she was just as excited as we were when we bought our car. This is our 5th vehicle that we've bought from Shelly and Shaw GMC, we just keep coming back ;-) The finance guy and user car manager were also very friendly and accomodating. More
