The day I purchased the vehicle, I realized the exhausts were off balance. After expressing this to him he made sure to address the issue immediately. He has been consistent with his “get it done” nature throughout the year and a half I have owned the vehicle. Although this dealership is not the closest to my home, it is definitely worth the drive. I emailed 35 dealerships in the GTA Thursday night and Eddie was able to give me the best price of them all by Friday morning. We wanted to acquire ASAP, and Eddie told us he works Saturdays starting by 8:30. We had to work on Saturdays so I asked Eddie to come in early at 8:00, which he did. When we arrived at 8:00 Eddie already took the van to the front door, we walked in, shook hands and did all paperwork on the spot. Very good experience with Eddie Tawil at Sevenview Chrysler. He says he's number 1 in Canada and I believe him. I find it baffling some dealerships like raceway and roadsport Chrysler would be so snotty to say "if we quote you a price over email you will use against us." Well no xxxx.. I'm looking for the best price that's why I asked for the best price.. if someone can beat your price then your price is not the best. Simple as that. Eddie gave me none of that xx and straight up quoted me the best price I had, so he got the sale. Often when you go to car dealerships you may feel overwhelmed and pressured to purchase something that you have no interest in or the salespeople make it xxxx-near impossible to purchase the product you would like. This however, is NOT the case at this dealership. I dealt with Eddie Tawil, who was an absolute joy to work with. He was very patient and understanding about my questions and concerns relating to the first purchase of a Jeep product. He laid out my options in a clear precise manner with no annoying sales tactics or hidden fees. Eddie explained the positive attributes between the various products and even showed me the different features of my Jeep. I will definitely be coming back to this Jeep location because of Eddie.
