Wonderful experience! I saw a 'deal' on autotrader that looked a bit too good to be true, so called the dealership and received more information. I drove over an hour to get there and was still really leery. I met with Angelo Martone, who explained the deal to me, followed by a gent actually from Chrysler itself. I was so super impressed with the way they explained everything to me at a level that I could understand. They were helpful, friendly and completely informed. I bought the car and everything went amazingly well. So professional and a smooth transaction. I had a question about the licence plate bill the next day, they called me back and explained right away. Do not be fooled by the less than perfect appearance of this place. I expected a shiny, new, glossy glass building and was not met with that but it's extremely comfortable and homey. The owner came over and chatted to me while I was waiting for something - I thought he was the coffee guy at first :) So down to earth. Love it and will be back to buy any future vehicles from this dealer. Great job. More
