Shaf sold me a rust proofing package over the phone but I misunderstood the price. When I asked about the price, he indicated that it would be $401 and on that basis I authorized it. When I came to the dealership to pick up the van I discovered the price was $995. I would not have gone for it had I know that. What Shaf quoted me was the total monthly payment for the vehicle with the rust proofing package rather than the actual cost of it. I think it was simply a communication issue. I am however satisfied that I purchased it, so all is fine. More
