Bought a Jeep from Mike Blanda in August 2021. It is a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. On the buying side he was great, but when I went to sign the paperwork, the lady in finance was extremely rude. August 2022 - I have spent over $5000 on repairs for a Jeep that I’ve had for ONE year for a check engine light with various error codes. Mikes solution was to go back to the dealership and buy “a new vehicle under warranty”. This purchase has caused so much stress and drained me financially. I would not recommend this place. I bought Jeep from this company as an authorized dealership on November 2021 ( certified ) with extended warranty for 2 years after I received the car. The Break Sound weird and the car didn't stop dealership on November 2021 ( certified ) with extended warranty for 2 years after I received the car. The Break Sound weird and the car didn't stop probably and the engine light came ON after one day I called the company service department. I believe the company Issued the Safety certificate and license the car under my name without proper check for the car and specially the break so i contact the Company and send the car to service department on November 2021 the Sales person inform me that is small issue we will fixed i received the car and again the brake concern not solved and the engine light came on again. i asked what the reason he said it's small issue and we will fix it we asked him that if he can Return the car or give us another car he make reassurance and said the car is good it's small issue we will fix it after couple of day the same issue happened again and we ask for return the car he said we can tread and he will deduct around 6000 from the car and we will lose the amount of Warranty and he told us take a new car and we cannot afford that i asked for return the car and he reassurance me and he said the car will fix again the break issue the same and when i ask the manager for used car he said that we change the entire break and that is not true i were so scared when i drive the car I went to the service guy and he told me No , it's another issue. and we will fix it i and the same issues in the car again break issue in the other hand i were with my daughter and suddenly weird Sound and too much smoking Came from the vent and the car break not working well i stopped Safely and send it to Seven View Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service they hold car for approximately one month and as usual the said all good now we change the A/C In May the same issue A/C Sever Hot air came from the vent on the left side of the vent. 2 days ago they called and they said we need money to fix the car because it's not under Warranty . the car that he sold to me has many safety issues the company covered and hid So they give me the car with the same issues i went to another honest mechanic He did Diagnosis to the care and find the series break issue and broken parts in A/C that is from day one i Bought the car and complain to unreliable dealership and they cover and hid the issues in the car . In conclusion , that dealership sold me the car with Safety issues and registered the car under my name with an incorrect safety certificate from his company. they expose our safety to serious danger. and I believe it's against the law. I tried to contact them by email they did not reply i Made a complain in Jeep Canada and i am waiting there response as well as i made a complain In OMVIC to return the car I am sure there is a higher Authority provisional and federal that protects the customer from the unreliable dealership. More
