Whole transaction was so relaxing and high efficient, didn't waste a single minute. 3 hours later, I was on the way home driving a brand new Grand Caravan! Guess what? The sales rep Eddie Tawali was great in helping us make our decision, by giving the right advice. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to....not like other sales person whom just want to do their job to get the deal closed....he was patient..did not push or pressure us to close the deal..rather he was giving us options..upgrades and even tried to get more discount by talking to his boss...which we did get! He explained all options and about the vehicle and even arranged for financing and obtaining new number plate. He also made sure on the day of delivery he was present to handover the keys and explain the after service,warranty coverage.....everything and how to operate the functions in the vehicle. I also need to mention the finance service offered by Lisa, she was great and easy to work with too. She gave good advice and explained clearly any doubts that we had and made the transaction easy. I will definitely recommend Sevenview dealers for great price and ask for Eddie Tawalli for great customer service...overall satisfied and happy to be driving a brand new Dodge Journey!!! More

Service department is a mess, they don't know how to fix cars. More than 3 times my car went to Service, and still not fixed. They are sloppy and careless. Service Experience I have been getting service from Seven View since 1988. I had one Dodge Caravan that was on the road for 17 years and the current one which has been o I have been getting service from Seven View since 1988. I had one Dodge Caravan that was on the road for 17 years and the current one which has been on the road for almost 10 years. I take my car in for regular service and have only once had a breakdown in the field due to a poorly built second engine which was not the dealer's fault. Usually if I perceive a problem I can describe it to the service advisors and the mechanics will spot the problem right away. Also, if a job is to take a while, the advisors make sure I have transport and get home on time. My only concern, which probably applies to all dealers, is that the service pricing model can lead to some expensive outcomes. On one occasion I had to come back because of a defective component. The dealer fixed the problem and did not charge me. In summary, I think my impression was good overall. I would have given them a great overall rating if I had not had bad experience with faulty parts or if the car, according to consumers report, has a great repair record. The1988 caravan had its share of technical problems (not the dealer's fault) but the 2006 caravan has been much better so far. More
