Seven View doesn't have a sense of entitlement to the sale just because you go in but they will be your last stop if they aren't your first stop! I live in cottage country and visited several dealers from Niagara upwards and in the end I got not only the best price but also the respect I give and expect as a customer. They were patient while I did my research and came back. Other gta dealers don't begin to offer this type of personal comfort and sincerity. Price wise they can't be beat either so that's just icing on the cake. For me they were worth the 3hr drive and if they are closer to you then you're in luck. I left knowing that I would be back and upon my return the next day, there was an EcoDiesel RAM on the lot that was the same trim level I was looking form but was missing a few options. I decided to try the dealership after I met Eddie when my father was buying a car (he has since bought a second car with Eddie's help, this time a brand new Dodge Journey). I was in the market for a new Dodge Dart but I was on a budget and was not sure when I'd be able to afford it. Eddie was very kind and patient and helped me through the process at my pace. After about half a year I was ready to buy the car and Eddie found one for me quickly. I really felt like he cared about getting me the car I wanted as he made sure I felt good about the purchase. I was also trading in the car I owned at the time and felt I got great value when compared to some of the competition I had visited. We worked out the financing, warranty, and all that was left was to pick up the car. A year later and the car is still great. I don't see myself getting rid of my Dart anytime soon but I'm sure when I do the first person I will speak to about a new car is Eddie. We live in Ottawa and were looking to trade our 2010 Yukon XL for a 2013 Dodge Durango Crew Plus with 30,000 km's or less. We had a few of them in Ottawa we were looking at but we either were getting a little less for our Yukon on one deal or having to pay a little more than we wanted for the Durango on another. Anyhow after a couple weeks of looking in Ottawa we decided to expend the search to the Toronto area. Eddie was very quick to respond, answered all our questions and made us a deal that worked for us. We provided the information required, got most of the paper work started remotely and set a date to pickup the vehicle. On pickup Eddie was extremely courteous, he was very kind to our kids, got them some hot chocolate and set them up to watch TV while we completed the paper work. Everything was done very quickly. When driving the vehicle home we realized the front rotors were creating a small vibration when braking at high speed. I figured I would change the rotors the following weekend no big deal. However, Eddie reached out to check that everything was ok. I mentioned I was going to need to change the front rotors. He offered to have me bring the vehicle back to have that taken care of at no charge but we indicated we didn't want to drive all the way back for that. Eddie then arranged to ship us a set of rotors to our home free of charge. Painless transaction and above and beyond customer service. Thanks Eddie! More
