Once we informed him of our plan to purchase he had he van washed, detailed and ready to drive off the lot after financing. He made everything go so smooth and I would highly recommend dealing with Kelvin for any vehicle you are looking for. As for Elizabeth, she was very understanding in our goal to achieve a payment we could afford and in some instances, finance people can be very pushy with selling warranty and insurances. This was not Elizabeth.. She was very thorough in her explanations and she ran a lot of different number combos in order to get us our desired payment. In the end we decided against the extended warranties and that did not change her attitude or demeanor as we’ve seen in past dealerships we have dealt at. She continued to provide a superior customer service experience for my wife and I. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease. It was so worth the 20 minute drive out of Winnipeg. More

We had an oil change and winter tire removal done last Friday and there was a misunderstanding on the invoice related to the charge for the cabin filter replacement and cost to change. We also had a question about the fluid level, We contacted Chris Haywood ( Service Manager) to express our concern and to have the situation explained. Chris listened to our side of the story and did provide an explanation of the process and how the pricing works. He suggested we come so he can check the fluid indicator to make sure it was right. We were prepared to go in and again to express our concern about the cost to change the cabin filter. When we arrived, the service advisor ( Melissa) greeted us and smiled saying they had had a team meeting today and they agreed that our concerns were valid. Then the Service Manager Chris came out to speak to us and said that after our phone call he organized a team meeting to talk about this specific process and what could be changed to make it better for the customers. As a result of that meeting they actually changed the process fees that would actually result in a saving to the customer when replacing the cabin filter during an oil change checkup. Changing a process in real time is unheard of and taking action on a customer complaint with such dramatic steps rarely happens. Chris obviously is " Customer Focused" and seems driven to make customers happy to ensure customer retention and referrals will follow. We are raving fans of the company and especially Chris and Melissa. They really helped us and ensured that we will continue to use and promote their services. These are the kinds of Service Dept. representatives that every company needs to employ. Well done! More
