Very poor service was told there were issues with vehicle took to another dealership and was told nothing was wrong. Not credible or trustworthy. Service department is very unorganized, you call to book an appointment, then they call you back to reschedule, but they call you back 5 minutes before your appointment, then when you finally get it in, they call you five minutes before you are supposed to pick it up and tell you it's not ready, then when you can finally pick it up, it's filthy - when you complain nothing gets done about it, so you have to escalate it, which takes your time, then when you do you have to speak with 5 people in order to get anything done, by that time, you want to trade it in for a Ford.
