We were greeted by Bob Senow when we dropped in to look at a Chrysler Pacifica which was advertised on the internet.Bob not only showed us the Pacifica but a couple of Grand Caravans as well.Car informatio at a Chrysler Pacifica which was advertised on the internet.Bob not only showed us the Pacifica but a couple of Grand Caravans as well.Car information was given to us and we looked at different options and prices on the various vehicles at home.We became interested in a Grand Caravan and phoned Bob for an appointment.Alas, the car had no heated seats that we wanted.Bob offered to ask the manager if the heated seats could be installed and included in the deal.The heated seats were put in and we're now driving the Grand Caravan.My wife and I are very pleased with the car.Thanks go out to Bob and all the people we dealt with at Selkirk Chrysler.
