With a better than expected trade in offer and and a couple quick days of structuring the financing to suit my financial needs, I was driving away in a pretty much brand new 7 seater SUV with all the bells and whistles. Took Care of us! We bought a 2014 Dodge Journey on October 11 2016. Took it out of town on the next day for a 5 day Road Trip. Had a break down in Silver Bay, MN. Du We bought a 2014 Dodge Journey on October 11 2016. Took it out of town on the next day for a 5 day Road Trip. Had a break down in Silver Bay, MN. Dustin Wilson and the iCar staff took very good care of us. We brought the car back and found a car with th e same make and year with 70,000 kms less and some nicer features. iCar arranged that we had no out of pocket expenses and made sure we had a demo to drive till we got everything settled. I would recommend their person service and attention to detail. More

Service After you buy When I bought the car last month, the tank was only 1/3 full. I didn't think much of it, sometimes when you are sold a used car dealer fills it, but When I bought the car last month, the tank was only 1/3 full. I didn't think much of it, sometimes when you are sold a used car dealer fills it, but I didn't read too much into it. From the 1st time I went to a gas station, the nozzle shuts off constantly, takes about 20 minutes to fill the tank for the small ford fiesta. It is a capless fuel filler so I am wondering if the dealer new about this, given the tank was only 1/3 full at time of purchase and it has been doing it since I bought it. I have contacted the dealership about it. Dealership got back to me within 48 hours and have offered to take care of whatever the problem is. They indicated they did not know about the issue and that they commit to fill the cars only 1/4 full. I am taking the vehicle in next weekend and will update this review at that time. If they correct the issue as they say, my rating will obviously increase. Service after you purchase the vehicle is just as important as service before you buy the vehicle from my perspective. If my issues are addressed next weekend as has been indicated, I will recommend this dealership. I am open minded person. More

Bought a 2006 Ford F-150 four door short box bought it un safetied and there was not much tranny fluid or oil in the truck when I got it so had to dump 5 1l jugs of oil and tranny fluid in the mo bought it un safetied and there was not much tranny fluid or oil in the truck when I got it so had to dump 5 1l jugs of oil and tranny fluid in the motor and tranny but now that I did that truck runs good drives good only two ball joints for a safety and a lower control arm and now just have to do the body work on it and that's it and it will be a good truck More
