amazing after sale service I never thought I would buy a car over the Internet. An inquiry over the icar website lead to a new car for me. I had already been using the auction finder section of their website (awesome btw) when a particular car caught my eye I emailed them. I never thought I would buy a car from them because I live over 1,000 km away. Jake emailed me back right away. I could tell he wanted to make a sale, and he worked hard for it. Obviously I had a lot of questions. Jake Sent many pictures and even made a custom video walk through of the car. He worked out shipping options and costs and even an extended warranty. Jake, and all the folks at icar not only made the sale, but stood behind it like I never would have expected. When one of the keys was lost in transit Jake stepped up with a replacement right away. I've had the car for a couple months now and Jake and I still email each other. From all of the dealerships I've visited, ever! The service from Icar was the best, and I've never even been there. In short,if you have any concerns about buying a car over the Internet you needn't worry about anything if you deal with icar. More
