These gentlemen deliver a level of service that is genuine instead of scripted and rehearsed. You just cannot find that type of service in a dealership. The degree in service I received from my salesperson Derek Pugh is just remarkable. The level of professionalism and knowledge he has demonstrated is absolutley commendable. Trust is not an easy attribute to find and he nailed it. He has demonstrated time and time again that he truly cares about his customers and the product he is selling them. I was and am treated with a level of respect and dignity that I will carry with me always. He tirelessly ensures that everything is done in a timely manner and at a quality I expect and continues to keep that standard. Because of that I will continue to do business with Icar. I truly believe, without a reasonable doubt that I will always be given a high standard of service which allows me to extend the same courtesy and continue to be a loyal customer to Derek as well as the dealership.
