Great price and even better salesman!!! Went to Icar looking for a second vehicle and Derek Pugh greeted me with a hand shake. I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte from him. Derek was straight to the point no running back and forth to his manager about price just gave me the bottom line right away. Which was great made the sale so much easier and quicker. There were a couple uncontrollable xxxx-ups with getting the vehicle finalized (which were 100% out of Derek's control). But Derek being the great salesman he is recognized my frustration and dealt with it in a very professional matter. Because of the delay of getting my car the extras he included with the car were over an above what was expected. I also work out of town in Thunder Bay and was going home a day before my car was ready. So in return Derek picked me up when I returned to Thunder Bay at the airport in my car on a Sunday night to make sure I had my car as quick as possible. When I saw Derek pull up I look in the trunk to a set of winter tires for the delay of getting my car(which again was an uncontrollable situation) I would recommend Derek Pugh as a salesman to anyone who is looking for a car in the Thunder Bay Area. Very friendly and very accommodating. Because of the delay in getting my car Derek went the extra mile to arrange a rental car for me to use while I waited for mine to be available. He turned a not so great car buying experience into a definite return customer. Thanks again Derek for the great deal an amazing car. More
