Avoid like the plague I purchased a vehicle from icar because of the convenient hours. One of the few open late enough to go to after work. They held the car there for "r I purchased a vehicle from icar because of the convenient hours. One of the few open late enough to go to after work. They held the car there for "repairs required to safety" however when I picked the vehicle up, there were components not working that are required for a safety. The car was also completely dry. 0.4 L in the tank. Within 6 months I've put over $3000 of repairs into the vehicle. I contacted the dealer about my issues. They followed up with a "so glad your vehicle is running well" Take your money elsewhere. More

Crap! I haven't even bought a car yet. I just keep getting the run around. Talk to this perosn, talk to that person....we will have this person call you bac I haven't even bought a car yet. Great experience, Derek was very friendly and helpful!! We were very happy with the service and with the Town and Country we bought. They served us coffee and hot chocolate for the kids while we waited and We were very happy with the service and with the Town and Country we bought. Extremely happy! I recently traded in my car that I loved and really didn't want to get rid of however it was time to upgrade to a SUV. Derek and Jake are my guys at I I recently traded in my car that I loved and really didn't want to get rid of however it was time to upgrade to a SUV. Derek and Jake are my guys at Icar. They are the best to deal with. It took me months to find the right vehicle going back doing weekly test drives of different models. Derek was so patient with me and went over and beyond what I would expect from a sales professional. Jake and Derek make an awesome team and I would recommend dealing directly with them. I also got the best value on my trade in. Compared to other dealership they offered me $3000 more then what I was offered elsewhere. In summary, Icar is the only place I will ever purchase a used vehicle from. More

He went above and beyond the sale even as far as to help me find insurance for a reasonable price witch wasn't an easy thing to do. Derek was excellent he listened to what I wanted and delivered 10 fold There was some miner issues with my fx4 but as soon as I notified Derek and his manager Jake and lee they had it tooken care of right away . I would definitely recommend Icar to my friends and family More

Back Again We bought a Jeep Cherokee last summer and after thinking long and hard about the pros vs cons of the model (mainly the possible transmission issues) w We bought a Jeep Cherokee last summer and after thinking long and hard about the pros vs cons of the model (mainly the possible transmission issues) we went ahead and bought it with an extended warranty. Well, bad luck hit and it went into the shop 4 times in 8 months. We went back to iCar and Jake and Chris went above and beyond to get us into a new car. They worked financial magic and we ended up with a 2016 for not much more payments wise. These guys are stars and I can't recommend them enough to anyone who asks. More
