My wife has purchased 3 vehicles from Shleuter and faithfully had all sericing done there. Her current vehicle Santa Fe Sport has had a rattle on start up sounding like it came from the muffler. On 3 consecutive times when taking it in for service we asked them to check it out and each time they said they could find nothing. Recently we needed an oil change before a trip and they couldn't book a time in less than 3 weeks so we had the oil change done at a local garage within a week. When we took it in we asked them to check the rattle as well and the lady taking the appointment said it sounded like a heat shield needed tightening and she was right.
