Service department is a rip off went in for a" service 2 " and in their "Passport" book it says it includes a oil change and lots of "inspections of different areas" for $64.95 + tax went in for a" service 2 " and in their "Passport" book it says it includes a oil change and lots of "inspections of different areas" for $64.95 + tax with a cabin filter ( no place said this was extra) so I get there and the guy says that will be an additional $72.00 for a cabin air filter. I said no way. So in this passport book it has a coupon for $10..00 off this service .... my final bill was just over $68 dollars. I ask and they said its correct. I do not care for the guy , I think Trevor was his name. I will not be back - horrible just horrible PS - the cabin air filter is available at Canadian tire for $28.99 so do yourself a favor and veto the $72 and buy at Canadian tire and install yourself. Buying the car was a pleasure but have it serviced elsewhere More

I was very pleased and felt so good about how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional the staff was. Therefore it was a no brainer when i was ready to trade in and purchase a new one this year. Terrible Service. Service manager Trevor is a weasel. Smiles to your face and then mocks you the moment you're out the door. I witnessed this three times while I waited for an oil change at a cost of $56. What a rip and then they try to upsell other products that I am supposed to need. Also heard conversations that the customer could not be called because of additional work that was ordered and it was a 3 hr job and it only took 1 hr. I'll never be back nor will my friends and hopefully you The star rating was ranked at 1. I would have used -10 More

Excellent Sales and Service personnel Bought a 2014 Accent in September. Met Patrick Garasto who was very helpful in reviewing the car and the different versions of the Accent. So we placed the order and got the car exactly as ordered, and on the date promised. Patrick was very instrumental in making the whole process easy. My experience of the Service dept. is also very positive. We had a problem with the XM radio which had to be replaced a number of times. It cannot reliably receive the XM satellite signal when it's very cold even though FM works fine. So their service personnel were very cooperative and helpful, replacing the radio a number of times. Paul, Mike and Trevor, the service manager, did all they could to provide effective, courteous service. At times, we dealt with Shane, in Patrick's absence, and found him to be equally helpful and courteous. So the bottom line is that we are thoroughly satisfied with Schlueter Hyundai, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a Hyundai car. More
Misguided information I had just purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado . I went to Barry Cullen where I received 10/10 service. . My friend asked me to help him with purchasing a car. We went to schlueter Hyundai where we met a nice man name Patrick Garasto Only to be lied and deceived . Officially signed papers of purchase dec29th. Promised delivery by feb 9th. Extra features; swapping rims that came standard with the car for black Hyundai rims. Unfortunately continued ignored emails my friend received his new car feb 19 without the black rims and told sorry I never promised them. Once again the next day! The car wouldn't start. Patrick Garasto lied, he manipulated and I would never trust him or send a loved one to deal with that crook; worried about a pay cheque . Thank god I went to a different dealership myself. More
