Told him I would come back and went to the car and all parts taken off, arm blade etc. Went to service manager and told him I had extended warranty why should I pay' did not explain nothing, had to hear it from parts manager Bala. Told Anthony that I would go shopping and return by one o'clock. No phone call to tell me car was ready, when I came back car in parking lot, so called my husband and he told me to go to cash office to get keys, they knew nothing about it and I was told that I would have to wait for Anthony as he was on lunch, told them that I had to go to work and I would come back, refused to give my keys, went back to service manager, told me car was in the shop being done( was still in parking lot) demanded keys again, Jeremy came in and said give lady back her keys as my attitude getting bad again, told me to wait in waiting room and he would get my keys; instead I followed him and he turned around and said I told you to wait in waiting room that he was not a puppy dog to be followed, he also had told me that I had to wait for Anthony to come back so I told him are you going to pay my wages if I do not get to work and he said no. Then told not to create a scene next to customers , gave me my keys and he turned around and said hallelujah she's gone. Will never go back to this place although we bought vehicle there These guys were terrible and there is no excuse for their attitude and incompetence More
Unprofessional Service Staff I bought 3 new cars at this dealership and faithfully returned to them for service over a number of years. I had a few service issues during that time I bought 3 new cars at this dealership and faithfully returned to them for service over a number of years. I had a few service issues during that time and each time I found Anthony uninterested and dismissive. These are three of the more significant issues. 1) buying new tires and having to pay extra for balancing because the rear wheels were too large for them to do in house... then paying again a few months later to get them re-balanced because of a high speed vibration. Anthony's position was the lack of correct balancing was not his problem because it took a couple of months for me to bring the car back in. 2) A defective key sensor unit was replaced under warranty during the winter. In the spring I discovered the automatic climate control was not working. I googled the system and found that the climate sensor was next to the key sensor that had been replaced and told Anthony this when he was preparing the service work order. He could have said "ok, thanks, we'll check that out". Instead he said "it's not related to the previous repair, the climate sensor is in a different area of the passenger cabin. It turned out the climate sensor had been disconnected during the previous repair and the fix was to reconnect it. 3) I had my car detailed. After I got my car home I noticed a circular gouge in the flat surface finish of one wheel. It was in a location and in a shape that could not have happened by wheel rash. It looked like the "chuck" of a buffing tool had contacted the surface during detailing. I didn't expect the dealer would do anything for me because of the lack of "proof" on the cause but mentioned it to Anthony anyway with me next service. His response was classic Anthony, he said "they don't use rotating tools to buff your wheels during detailing" lol. My impression is Anthony believes it is part of his job to shut down and close off customer concerns and deny any responsibility. I admit I got a bit heated during these incidents, but despite this I still maintained loyalty to the dealership and kept bringing my cars back to them. No more. The final straw happened when I brought my car in for service last week.. There were two staff behind the service counter. Anthony was free, the other was busy. I asked Anthony to check my car in. He refused, saying I didn't like him and had said nasty things. I could have waited for the other service representative to finish but standing there while Anthony grinned at me is not the reward I expect for years of loyalty. So I'll be going to a different dealer for my future needs. I did leave a phone message for the service manager informing him of my decision to leave and why... and got no response. Nice. More
Best Service Ever! I contacted Scarborough Nissan service department and spoke with Anthony to explain the issues with my car as best as i could. Anthony listened and as always was able to provide in (non mechanics language that made sense to me) what might be wrong. He gave me several options to consider and helped me make the best choice for my benefit. I always feel like a valued client when i deal with Anthony. Honest and Reliable Service I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership in 2004 and I still bring to have it serviced. The customer service is excellent. Appointments are always on time and the curtesy shuttle has always been able to get to work on time. Whenever I have any issues with my car Anthony clearly explains what the problem is and whether it not it needs to addressed immediately. The work is always quality and Anthony is honest about what needs to be done. This is why I continue have my car serviced here 14 years later. More
Very poor customer service of the servicing department Scarborough Nissan servicing department has very poor customer service. Their attitude is like that you are begging for their service although having Scarborough Nissan servicing department has very poor customer service. They don't want to check the car second time after repairing any parts even if the problem still exists. And getting rude to the customers. Very bad customer service I have ever experienced although I have extended warranty. More

Tried several times and many many rigns. Rude personal Called 4 times and phone kept ringing for dozens of time. On 4th attempt a very rude lady picked up and when I told her I need a repair estimate she a Called 4 times and phone kept ringing for dozens of time. Then she transferred me to some place where it again kept ringing and no answer again. It was my first time at this dealership. Won't bother going to them if this is how customer service is. They need to hire more AND professional staff with some courtesy.. More

They asked me to leave the car for one day. The day after they called me saying that all is fixed. When I got the car, I realized that the noise became even worst. I called them back and then since they don't want to see me anymore. I will never buy a car from them anymore. My new car behave like a 5 years old car and I have to live with that. More

I contacted the sales three times to ask why, and left voice messages to the business manager and the dealer general manager to ask for an explanation before I received a final confirmation. The amount of discrepancy is not big. However, the hassle reflects the work quality and attitude. Scarborough Nissan, you owe me an apology. More
