They take $500 deposit to make sure you don't go shopping somewhere else, then they make you wait, they made me wait for 2 weeks and whenever I call them they said we will have someone to call you, and it never happened. I had to go in person today to see what's going on, they said they are sorry and then they check, and said they applied for TOO MANNY BANKS but all banks are asking for a co-signer even that I have a good credit!! I was freaked out when they say they applied for too many banks as that will damage my credit. They said it is all soft check and wouldn't hurt my credit, which I don't believe but will contact my bank and see. They gave me my deposit back and said they don't know why the banks can't approve it without a co-signer!! experienced dealer!! Ya right!! Now I can't even go to another dealer as they applied to too many banks already! Stay away, I hope they didn't damage my credit! More

This dealership met us on our schedule, worked with us to get us everything we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Andrew took his time and answered all of our questions, repeatedly when necessary. He even came in on his day off and spent 3 hours with us when we were picking up the car. There is so much to learn the first time you buy a new car. Every minute of this experience was professional. 2 months later, we are purchasing winter tires and rims and other accessories and they continue to make us feel like we are VIPs. Today when I arrived for my tire installation, they said they were backed up and offered me a complimentary rental so I wouldn't have to wait around until the backup cleared.
