When we first attended the dealership Raj approached us in a friendly but not overbearing manner. The service that I and my family received from Raj as second to none. My daughter abnd husband had already decided that we wanted a KIA RIO. From start to finish, the process was totally stress free (or as stress-free and dropping a bunch of money on a car ever is!!). Financing was easy. All the various options were presented to me as regarding "add ons" such as extended warranties but there was no pressure to buy these (as there often is at dealterships). The whole thing took two days - went in on Tuesday and drive out on Thursday with a brand new white Kia Rio. I even got to drive it home (which is likely the last time I wil ever drive the car if my daughter has anything to do with it).
