Great Customer Service Called to make an appointment for a recall. Took the car into the service area. Tara Leblanc explained what was being done. They called me and said they had found a nail in the back passenger tire. The tire has been fixed and the recall work is done. All work was done in a timely professional manner. We had previously gone into the dealership to inquire about getting a Kia. We spoke to Ed Chau and he explained the different features. Unfortunately we were not ready at that time. We were walking on the Danforth and went to Toronto Kia spur of the moment. The sales rep there was very good. We purchased the car, which we had not intended to do that day but did. From that point the service from the service dept. at Toronto Kia went downhill fast. I will never return to Toronto Kia but can certainly testify to the quality of service at Scarborough Kia. More

He patiently answered all my questions all those times I was unsure which car brand and model to buy. When I was able to decide, Perry Phetvongkham gave me a seamless transaction and good deal on my 2016 Kia Rio purchase. He was polite and never pushy. Explained the pros and cons of different options and gave good advice as well on what is required and what is not. Raj prepared a price list for different trims of Optima and explained each line by line. The price was fair, and he was fast and efficient with the paperwork too. Outstanding Service From the moment I walked through the doors of Scarboro Kia I received prompt, reliable service. This was my first new car purchase and of course you wouldn't expect anything different under these circumstances. I really have no complaints from start to finish while dealing with this dealership. I also suspect this will be the case in future at 2592 Eglinton Ave. Raj Dey, Sales and Leasing Consultant, helped make my purchase a relatively painless and smooth transaction. I walked in Thursday afternoon and drove away on Saturday afternoon with my new 2016 Kia Soul. Raj mentioned to me that he would have the vehicle ready by Saturday and he did not disappoint even with all the details and errands that had to be taken care of for this to happen. Rob Woodward, Manager of Financial Services, helped me with the details of my purchase. He explained the add on insurances clearly but he did not pressure me into purchasing extras that I didn't feel I needed. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly demeanor of both Raj and Rob.
