I had an oil change /service and tires changed from snow to summer. Normally this is a 2 hour appointment. This time the service on my vehicle did not begin until 2 hours after the appointment time hence th to summer. Normally this is a 2 hour appointment. This time the service on my vehicle did not begin until 2 hours after the appointment time hence the total wait time was 4 hours. I found this unacceptable as I live out of Sturgeon Falls and have to wait around for the vehicle but 4 hours is not good customer service. I waited in the wait area of the garage in last hour or so.My service bill was not reviewed as usual with me. It was left with the clerk for payment. Upon review of the bill at home besides realizing the costs have increased since my last service.Also found a charge for windshield wash. I didn't request such an item and should not have to pay for any supplies I am not aware of. I am satisfied with the quality of work and have been dealing with this garage for several years however due to commitments at home I cannot be waiting for 4 hours for regular service unless there is an issue with vehicle needing a big repair etc. More
NOT VERY HAPPY! !! Earlier in the day I had topped up my windshield washer fluid. Took a picture with time stamped at 11:30ish am. Because I had notice last vis !! Earlier in the day I had topped up my windshield washer fluid. Took a picture with time stamped at 11:30ish am. Because I had notice last visit I was charged and wanted to see if it happened again. Went to my oil change appointment at 3:15 pm same day. When I received my bill, I not only noticed that the oil change had increased approximately 20 dollars from my last visit. But I had an additional charge for topping up my washer fluid. When I questioned it, I was told that it’s company policy to charge for washer fluid regardless if needed or not. I refused to pay and was credited back. How many unexpected client are over paying for something that was not received or is there any other charges that I’ve been charged for that I’m unaware of. I drive 45 mins for your service because I purchased from you. I’m now reconsider where I will spend my hard earned dollars. More
