Had my winter tires installed and when I returned the next day to have the tires retorked, I showed up shortly after 12. I was told that all mechanics were on lunch. So I went back home and returned at next day to have the tires retorked, I showed up shortly after 12. I was told that all mechanics were on lunch. So I went back home and returned at 3:00. After waiting 15 minutes in my vehicle for someone to come out, I called to see how much longer and was told that all mechanics were on break. When someone finally came out, he was walking so slow, you could tell he didn’t want to do it. How does a business let everyone go on lunch and break at the same time and not have any service for their customers? Especially during busy tire season? That would make it 1 1/2 to 2 hours per day of no service for their customers. More
