Great People, Service Lead Time Not So Great First I'll start buy saying the people behind Savage Ford are great, friendly and professional people. No complaints at all on that front. Even for appointments they are accommodating and thorough but... The reason for the three stars is for the lead time required for appointments. I have two vehicles which my spouse and I each require every day for traveling to work. The doors on my F-150 would not close due to water getting in and freezing the mechanism. To drive the truck we had to hold the doors closed since they wouldn't latch. When I called to get this repaired right away the closest opening for an appointment was over 3 weeks away. Sylvain (Great guy) tried his best to fit me in sooner and was able to better that to two weeks away. Still not the best when the you can't close the doors. So I called another dealer. They got me in within a week. I am displeased with the fact that the dealer I purchased my vehicle from couldn't come through and repair an urgent issue faster than a dealer I never dealt with before. More

From mike speaking with me personally on the phone to buy my truck, to Sylvain in sales, Tim in finance, Steve in service, Claude the shuttle driver, receptionists are always friendly, and garage staff always have a smile on and happy to work on my ford! I recently had a servicing done and needed a loaner car to return home and had to leave my truck overnight. Steve in service went above and beyond to find a car for me! Always great service! Everyone knows me by first name! That’s what keeps me coming back and traveling from sudbury to buy and service my truck. Sure don’t get that kind of service at Belanger or Cambrian ford! Keep up the great work savage ford! More
