I thought my pro After my extremely stressful purchase in 2014 of a 2011 Jetta tdi(where I wrote the general manager of the dealership and vw Canada). I thought my problems may be over. Not so. I avoid this place like the plague, but go there for convenience once in awhile. In major work I'll go out of my way to prairie autohaus where the response to the customer is unreal. Here in the service department it is almost bill. What kind of dealer service department is unreachable. Today I tryed calling for an hour and was unable to get through. Finally I had to come in to dealership to ask a question. I depend on my car to do all my errands in the day, as well as pick up my child from school. On multiple occasions I have dropped my car off at 9 am, only to call at 2 and find out my car has not been looked at. I than have to rebook for another day. Worst service department I have dealt with in my life!! More

Easy Trade My Wife and I were impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff were including the finance manager. Josh was the main person I dealt with, and he exemplified all the words listed in the title. The 'buy-back and purchase' process took months once it started - all due to having a detailed and complex court settlement. New approaches needed to be learned by most of us - and Josh was always keen to help out; and, learn himself! He was unwavering in seeing that progress kept being made - and then obviously knowledgeable and having fun with the specific Passat TDI I got when all was said and done. The wrap-up was facilitated by the 'on-site' coach for the settlement process. Heather Graham was outstanding! Guiding us smoothly throughout the purchase of our new Jetta. Would definitely recommend this guy he really puts the extra effort in to made sure everything goes quick and efficient. Was up front with us about everything there were no surprises. We were very confident in his ablity to take care of everything and our decision to buy. Then we worked with Travis Yun on the phone. Again everything went very smoothly. He talked us throigh how everything works. So that we would be framiliar with everything that was happening when we picked up the vehicle. He was able to answer any questions that came up and was just a super friendly guy over all. For our paperwork we worked with Wen Sun who was also a very pleasant, friendly guy. He took us though all of it without making it seem tedious, or overwhelming. He walked us through explaining everything we were signing making sure everything made sense and that we understood everything. We are very happy with our experience with this Volkswagen dealership in Saskatoon.
