Whenever we brought the vehicle in for service, the waits were always long, and never any loaner cars available. We expected better for a $65,000 vehicle. All in all, we loved the Touareg, and despite the service department issues thought about purchasing a new one. Then we discussed a new purchase with the manager and his son . The manager came across as pompous and condescending. Thus we traded our a Touareg in for a Porsche Cayenne at a different dealership -one that provides excellent customer service. Bottom line, we loved the VW vehicle but found dealing with this dealership to be no FFUN. More

Incompetent, rude, frustrating Do not take your VW here for service under any circumstance. My recent experience was TERRIBLE. Altogether, my car was in the shop for three weeks after an engine light came on (I assumed it was due to a recall issue), and I still have no idea why the repair took so long (it was in for one week the first time, then 20 minutes after I picked it up the same light came on again and it was back in for two more weeks). Each time I called the "service" centre for information (ie: to ask for some kind of time line and eventually to literally beg for a loaner vehicle), I was put off and then finally told no loaners were available. Each phone call was extremely frustrating. Several times I waited on hold and was cut off. Both times when I picked up my vehicle it had oil marks in the interior, which I can't get off. I will NEVER return to VW Centre of Saskatoon and I strongly recommend that everyone avoid it at all costs. More

The worst experience ever! The vehicle is great with a few glitches (stalls when you reverse- automatic transmission) Since it won't stall for VW they won't fix it. Also all my paint is peeling off, they sent me four months ago to get an estimate from a auto body shop, brought it my claim and pictures...they (vw) have not "forwarded" the information, so still nothing has been done. What a waste of $45,000 and on top of that, the "service" fees are so high, way out of line with other car companies. High price, terrible service- Perfect new company slogan. Will for sure never recommended this company to anyone ever. I will continue to comment until this awful experience has been rectified and I don't feel like I have wasted my hard earned money on a company that doesn't appear to care about it's customers. More

The service dept is a mess ever since the FFun Group has taken over. Services for euro cars like VW was never cheap, but it was at least reasonable and not a rip off.
