I was delighted that the sales person was a gentleman near my own age, so understood that all the "bells and whistles" were going to be somewhat foreign to me and that I would require a good bit of instruction. He did that, and did it comprehensively and articulately. Dennis answered all my questions with good humour and several times told me not to hesitate to come back if and/or whenI had any further concerns. I left with my car feeling that I had entered into a good and honest transaction. I was also most impressed with the financial service manager, Jaimie-Lyn Blackall, who handled the financing details with both efficiency and pleasantness. More
