She was friendly and helpful.and provided me with all the info we needed to make our decision. Very clear communication and always responded in a timely manner. The car had new tires and undercoat done and during that time Maegan made sure to provide us with a loaner car which was so helpful. Jaimie-lyn was great and very personable, great conversation and I felt very comfortable talking to her. She provided tons of info and was great at finding solutions to any of our financing concerns. She also understood all of our questions related to being new to the city and was awesome. Lastly we dealt with Alden who was very professional, helpful and provided us with tons of info. Overall great experience and great employees More

Best Customer Service After looking at many cars over the course of many months, this was the first time i had the experience of dealing with a person who listens to your n After looking at many cars over the course of many months, this was the first time i had the experience of dealing with a person who listens to your needs, who knows the details of the cars he is responsible for and makes you feel as though you have been friends for years. Tom Boldick was the Sales representative and did an amazing job, i would not hesitate to give his name to family and friends as i know they would be in good hands. Good Vehicle & Saleperson Except No Detailed Price Breakdown After requesting detailed break down in writing of purchase price of car, taxes, dealer fees, and accessory costs dealership still would not provide d After requesting detailed break down in writing of purchase price of car, taxes, dealer fees, and accessory costs dealership still would not provide detailed break down (printout). Other dealers (i.e. Toyota) are very willing to provide this. Initially I was unhappy with trade in value $8,250 for our 2013 Elantra with 71,000 kms. versus put on lot for $12,988 after adding new tires/windshield/wheel disks/& possibly oil change & cleaned, however after having meeting/discussion to resolve my concners with manager Dan Hesje I was satisfied with trade in value considering dealers costs to repair car and what they ending up netting on the sale of our trade in. Dan was open about the numbers which I appreciated. This combined with Dennis Hoffart's personal service & Jamie-Lyn Blackall's professional service, provided a good sales experience. More
