That was horrible! I bought a Pre-Owned vehicle from 111 Motor Way Hyundai and it was the worest thing I done on my life! I was doing nothing on the next weeks except t I bought a Pre-Owned vehicle from 111 Motor Way Hyundai and it was the worest thing I done on my life! I was doing nothing on the next weeks except taking the vehicle to servic! the sales lady said it`s in mint condition and well maintained and low KM and that all was rediculas! also she informed that they will install blockheater and do all the required services before pick up date but on that day I found nothing done and everything was as is! Instead, They charged me for the work they suppose to do!! Of couse when I back to her she said we can`t do anything for you!! So I advice everybody Not to sign any paperworks before all the work done on the vehicle otherswise once you sign the papers, no one will care about you. Not everyone smiles and looks kind is honest! Not recommend this dealership to anyone. PS: For my opinion, Extended Warranty just for sales bonus! Watch your money guys! More

Bought a brand new GV70 that started misfiring after a year. Was in 3 times for the same issue and all they did was reset the check engine light and say they do not know why it is misfiring. Now refuse to even address the issue as they say they can’t replicate it even though the check engine light always comes back on after service. Do not believe they will honour the warranty. They sell you a defective product and then refuse to fix it. Don’t walk RUN away from Genesis and Hyundai Saskatoon as well as any other dealership owned by the FFUN group. More
