This dealership was ok when my husband and I first came in to look at a used vehicle. Anas was good to chat with when we needed to get some information. But that all changed when we put in an offer for the in to look at a used vehicle. Anas was good to chat with when we needed to get some information. The management there is completely unacceptable, they of course used their xxxxxxxx sales tactics during negotiations and told us that the price of the vehicle had already been reduced but nowhere on the advertisement online OR even at the dealership did it say the price was reduced, so basically they tried to sell us some xxxxxxxx story as to why they couldn't bring the price down (ITS A USED CAR THAT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS) plus one of the tires had a screw in it and all four tires were close to bald, the car proof also stated it had been in a pretty big accident a few years ago But of course, they were just trying to get us for every penny! We have been to a number of dealerships in the past 2 weeks and have had absolutely no issues with any customer service, you would think a business that runs off customer service would be all about how they handle new potential customers, but instead they made us feel like they didn't even care about our business. we were asked to put a deposit of $1000.00 to put in our offer (that was fine until the deal went dead and we wanted our deposit back). We had put the deposit down in cash and within 20 mins of us giving that deposit to them, we weren't able to get our cash back and the manager told us that he would have to write us a check instead and wouldn't be able to do so until the following Monday and was completely ignorant about it!! We HAD TO ASK if we could have it put back on our debit so we didn't have to come back and deal with these idiots. Don't trust this dealership and would NEVER go back or refer ANYONE here. Horrible customer service by a MANAGER!! I hope this business fails miserably! More

Worst dealership. Avoid at all costs. Expensive, untrustworthy, and unreliable. Brought my truck in for minor repairs. Thought itd be maybe a grand for the rapairs. 900$ they charged just to look at untrustworthy, and unreliable. Brought my truck in for minor repairs. Said rear differential needed to be redone. 9000$ brought my truck to a gear specialist repair shop, said nothing was wrong with the differential. NOTHING. This place is the plague. AVOID. More
I was at Royal oak Nissan for most of the afternoon today (Friday May 24) for service on my vehicle. We have been considering purchasing a new vehicle for the past few months since I was there for service work I wanted more information on some of the models. It is an understatement that I was choked that NOT ONE of the sales reps were willing to assist me. One was in his office navigating on his cell phone and went out for a smoke on at least 2 occasions. There were 2 guys holding up the reception desk with the lady in reception. I counted at least 4 sales reps. One was assisting a couple that had just come into the showroom which he approached them straight away upon their arrival while I was already in the showroom I had expressed my displeasure to Cory the service advisor in which he spoke with Jason the service manager, Jason was willing to introduce me to a sales rep which I declined. I have a 2005 Murano which I purchased new at Sunridge Nissan I have been eyeing the 2013 Murano platinum I will NOT be purchasing a vehicle at Royal Oak Nissan. By the way the service personal and mechanic were excellent. This is not a complaint about the service I received its about the customer service The lack of. I've lost faith and trust with Royal Oak Nissan, simple and straight forward issues are complicated for no reason. Their business approach to new customers is way below standard of auto industry. Purchase of new vehicle should be an exiting venture and pleasurable, not constant cheap bargaining for everything. They manipulate buyers for their own advantage. Paid for protection package and receive no value, needed to go back three times and still it is not done properly. Paid $ 399.00 plus GST for something called Nitro for Life which I didn't asked for or get originally - had to go and complain. Their are disorganized, dishonest and manipulative individuals by nature - don't understand customer service at all. This is my third Nissan - had immaculate experience with Brasso Nissan and Fish Creek Nissan - highly recommended dealerships in Calgary. I regret that I did not walk away and do my business elsewhere. More
Repairs not performed well and when promised. Deferre repairs until warranty expired. Promised a loaner, lost 3 hours work because they had none when promised, and had to go back. Truck only has 87,000kms and Nissan won't stand by their product. This is my 4th Nissan vehicle. To boot, the manager said that he won't touch my truck. My next truck will be a Toyota. More

If cavemen were alive today, you will find them working here. Very rude, unprofessional and uneducated. They must've been desperate for staff!
