The service centre employees are professional and friendly. The service advisor, Matt, took my information as soon as I brought the car in. I dealt with a guy named Rob Primeau, and he was amazing, 5 stars to him. This review is not about him as he was very professional and helpful. The 3 stars goes to whoever worked on my car. I had the steerin 5 stars to him. This review is not about him as he was very professional and helpful. The 3 stars goes to whoever worked on my car. I had the steering rack replaced on my Ford Focus. The rack was replaced nicely, but upon driving for a few days I noticed my transmission was acting very strange. Upon further investigation I came to the discovery that whoever replaced my steering rack did not tighten the bolt that connects my transmission to the cars frame. The bolt fell out and the transmission was left hanging. I brought it back to Rose City and they went through everything again. Rob was very helpful and made sure it was corrected. More
