Ashley and the team at Rocky Mountain Dodge were excellent. i was searching for a gently used RAM 1500 for 6-8 weeks when i came across an offering Ashley and the team at Rocky Mountain Dodge were excellent. i was searching for a gently used RAM 1500 for 6-8 weeks when i came across an offering at Rocky Mointain Dodge. I called and was connected with Ashley. She was very bubble and not they typical sales person (from my experiences). After she answered a few questions, I requested a heap of additional truck photos, as i was purchasing from out of town. Ashley immediately responded with a confirmation text and the photos followed shortly. Making the trip to Rocky Mountain House was easily justified after receiving the additional truck images and information from Ashley. i booked an appointment to test drive the truck. during the test drive, my wife and I both drive the truck and loved it. Ashley allowed us to take our time and really get used to the truck and verify features worked such as traction control, ABS, and 4wheel drive systems. Conversation during the test drive was very friendly and relaxed. We were not rushed or pushed during the drive even though it was later on Saturday afternoon. After the test drive, i further inspected the truck and noticed a couple of items i was concerned about (i’ll admit i was being picky on one of the items as it was a pre-owned truck and all). Ben, the owner, Ashley and i discussed the items and they said they’d have the service team look at it. After investigating the main item, Ashley informed me the service team fixed the issue. To seal the deal, i put a deposit to hold the truck until the following weekend where i met Frank, the finance guy, and finished the purchase. Frank was very helpful during the week answering my questions and getting everything set up so i could drive away on the Saturday. in closing, my experience at Rocky Mountain Dodge, especially with Ashley, was excellent and i would recommend the dealership and Ashley to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The whole process was as painless as possible PLUS it’s a beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain House from the Calgary area, so don’t let that deter you... More
