Louie was also very patient and thorough with his explanations of the warranty/service packages offered by Honda. There was no pressure from any of the staff to make rash decisions to purchase a vehicle/warranty. Once I made the decision on which car I wanted and the payment option, Charles was very responsive and professional in handling the paperwork and giving direction as to what paperwork needed to be prepared in advance.
