2018 Dodge Ram My husband bought a brand new 2018 Dodge Ram in February from John Hyman. Of course the dealership is wonderful when you are buying but if anything i My husband bought a brand new 2018 Dodge Ram in February from John Hyman. Of course the dealership is wonderful when you are buying but if anything is wrong post delivery everything changes. We have had nothing but the runaround from them since April. Over 26 text messages and numerous phone calls---I presume this is how they operate after market. They left this problem so long (over six months) that my husband was no longer able to get a replacement truck like his original one. I have dealt with Khaled Habib, General Manager, who I left a message for over a month ago and still no return call. Dexter Peters, Used Car Sales Manager, who I met with on a few occasions...sitting in his office for over two hours with nothing being accomplished. The last phone call from Dexter in November to my husband was "how can I help you". Unbelievable. The owner of the dealership, Chris Gauthier, never did meet with me. Resolution to the problem pay another $8,000.00 for a 2019, I will never ever deal with this dealership again or recommend them to any of my family or friends,. Cathy More

I happen to find one at Roadsport and when I called about it I was greeted by Dwayne Da’Silva who is wonderful to deal with. I wanted to put money down on the Jeep until we could get there to look at it but instead of doing that he trusted us and took our word that we were extremely interested. When we arrived we were greeted by most of the staff and made to feel extremely welcome. We went with Aria to test drive the Jeep and he was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! When we returned we sat with Dwayne and made our decision to buy the Jeep. He negotiated a great price for us .We got a kick out of them blowing their horn and announcing our purchase!! We then sat with Charles who was also extremely knowledgeable and made the financing painless. We enjoyed chatting with him. We were buying used but it was just a demo so basically new(still had plastics on). We noticed a big stone chip in the top grill and instead of just touching it up they did beautiful body work and made it look brand new! The delivery date was seamless and before we knew it I was on my way home in my dream Jeep and I can’t say enough about our amazing experience with roadsport chrysler!!! More
