Great Salesman, Great Team, Great Experience I leased a 2019 Wrangler, Unlimited Sahara. This is not how I begin a review but under the circumstances and having dealt with condescending salesmen I leased a 2019 Wrangler, Unlimited Sahara. This is not how I begin a review but under the circumstances and having dealt with condescending salesmen it is imperative I bring this minor but, relevant detail to ones attention - I want to mention I am a female who was looking for an unconventional "female" vehicle to lease, negotiating on my own. I was very lucky to have been introduced to TJ at the dealership. I got more than what I bargained for. A custom ordered vehicle not persuaded to pick one from their inventory as with the case in many dealerships. TJ was new on the job, however he was not aggressive nor was he trying to meet his target nor trying to impress his supervisors. He answered all my questions and concerns mainly, treated me with respect. he was not gender biased. Genuinely tried his very best to accommodate all my requests. I signed the lease in January with a month waiting period. the interest rate dropped by 4% as a promotional blitz during that period. The dealership called to offer the new rate, which resulted in a significant price adjustment to my monthly payments. The personal attention to detail was very admirable - They went the extra mile knowing very well all the paperwork had to be redone. I visited the dealership prior to the pick up date, however, the vehicle was delivered to the location by then. TJ had it ready for me to take it for a drive, very thoughtful gesture. The day I picked up the vehicle, it was his day off, TJ took the time to come to work to ensure everything was in order. The experience was incredible from the day I walked in - until the day I left with the vehicle. All in all I had an amazing experience. A great team to work with. even thou it is out of my way, I will go back for my maintenance. Very friendly and accommodative team. Keep up the good work. More
