Custom order came different and more expensive I would never recommend this dealer, specially for custom orders. I negotiated and closed a deal of a new Patriot 2015 in September 2015. It was a ver I would never recommend this dealer, specially for custom orders. I negotiated and closed a deal of a new Patriot 2015 in September 2015. It was a very basic configuration, the most important thing form me was the interior not being fabric. I chose the beige vinyl interior. During 6 weeks I was assured that the vehicle was ordered exactly the way I wanted. When it finally arrived it was a 2016 model with beige FABRIC interior. I was not interested at all, as fabric does not match my lifestyle. Roadsport denied to return my deposit. Instead, they pushed me to accept the "Free upgrade". After days of negotiation, I accepted to pay for leather seats, as they offered me a discount (1400 with heated front seats included). When I went to pick upo the car, the bill charged me 3.99% of interest (instead of 2.99%). Why? Because the 2.99% was only for 2015 models (that was what I ordered!!!). I also wait for another 2 weeks to get the seats reupholstered. At the end I paid over $2,000 than the initial deal. Worst purchase experience of my life. More

Hope you will learn my lesson Went to buy Dodge Caravan, sales Quinton said 2015 base model sold out but will sell me 2016 one same price discard the price increase of $1000 in 201 Went to buy Dodge Caravan, sales Quinton said 2015 base model sold out but will sell me 2016 one same price discard the price increase of $1000 in 2016 model. Contract signed for a 2016 and $1500 deposit was put down. 6 weeks later, the day before delivery, Quinton's email asked me to pay additional $1000 on top of contract price because of price increase in 2016 model. Sales managers Nick and Gamel, general manager Moe all confirmed the increase. They gave me 2 options: 1. pay $500 more than contract price to take the car. 2. take my $1500 deposit and will sue me for more money. I left the dealership without the car and my money. They put a clause of "subject to Chrysler rebates and incentives" in my contract to do this. Hope you will watch out if you want to buy from them. Above is my recent experience with them. Our experience in purchasing a new Grand Caravan at the end of August was the least traumatic and most enjoyable yet. The new ownership seems to have reinvigorated everyone. John Hyman, the sales consultant, and Charles James, the finance manager, with whom we dealt were both low-key and knowledgeable. We'll be back! More
