Kristian has been instrumental in ensuring that I am educated in my vehicle service requirements so that I can enjoy my new vehicle for years to come and providing me with the maintenance schedule so that I book service appointments as they become due. As well, the technician who has worked on my vehicle, Liam is a wonderful young man, who has also been very helpful advising me of things to make note of or watch so that in the event of concern, my vehicle can be brought in for necessary service. The receptionist Ruth Rose greeted us warmly and immediately set us up with Khyber Popalzai on of the sales consultants. Khyber took his time to explain the benefits and show us some different options that adhere to the guidelines we were looking for in a vehicle. By the end of it all we were proud to walk away as the new owners of a beautiful 2016 jeep renegade. All the staff there were very courteous and friendly but still professional. We didn't feel pressured to buy something that we didn't need or couldn't afford. Excellent establishment and staff especially Charles James the financing manager who is not only fair but knowledgeable and genuinely wants to see customers get the best for there dollar. After some miscommunication during the sales process about the transfer of a part from the Journey we traded in for our 2016 Journey, I was just a bit put off the Dealership but ended up feeling very pleased and impressed with how the situation was resolved. I was treated fairly and my issue was resolved per the original agreement made during the sales process. More

The lady at the front ask if someone could help me and she sent Neil. Great guy very helpful but that was not the best part. Having some lets say not so good credit i asked to speak to the manager.(Owen)I told him my problem he assured me that we can work around that picked the truck i wanted with Neil with the price i was ok with. Then the great part i got to meet the star of the dealership Mr James. We sat down talked about what was the bad spot that i believed that would hurt me getting this deal.down and off he went to work getting me pre appoved for this truck It did not start to good because of my bad spot but he never gave up and once he got some what of appoval he called me and call me when he said he would walked me each step of the way i signed papers i was an new truck owner but Charles never stopped there he kept going he got me more than i asked for and at a rate that was more than fair with extra in the truck. Charles you are amazing and please don't forget about me if you ever go anywhere we will be going with you to buy are next car for my wife in the very near future.
