Have had much better experience with other dealership's, they are more worried about getting a 5 star review than actually listening to you and pulling through with there commitment's. Then the manager will they are more worried about getting a 5 star review than actually listening to you and pulling through with there commitment's. Then the manager will try to get involved and have the review changed so the dealership and sales rep gets their 5 star review for compliance reasons. All and all quite a joke and you can find much better service out there if you shop around your Ford dealerships and sales staff. This place is a sign, take your money and see you later kind of place. More

I would never in a million years recommend Riverview Ford to anyone. My F150 was brought in five times in five months for the EXACT same issue every single time.
