I believe the first day I was there looking at trucks they pulled around a truck that suited my needs and budget. They were very patience with me still making a decision on the truck because I waited three more days or so and found a few others. I made a decision to get a truck not on their lot by the end of the process and they were awesome about getting it in and getting it equip with a couple options I wanted added on. Whenever the Straightline team phoned, emailed or text me, I found there wasn't any need for rushed answers and any unanswered calls were left with detailed messages. We made the mistake of assuming that they were open late that day, so we arrived at the dealership at 6:55. They were about to lock up and go home at 7:00. We did not realize this until after we had signed the deal just before 9:00 and I spotted the hours posted on the door!They never said a word about closing. Everyone stayed. The owner, the sales rep - Cory Clark (who I can't say enough good things about!), the finance officer (though we didn't finance), and a few others too and nobody made us feel that we had inconvenienced them in any way. In fact, it was the opposite. They were extremely welcoming and accommodating. My husband had spent the whole day dealing with another dealership and had what he felt was a good price. But after working the numbers with Cory Clark and Chris (owner), and sharing an unusual condition set by the other dealership, we found that in order to give us that price, the other dealership was requiring us to do something that was not ethically sound and really was not what we wanted to do. The truck that they had was very close to what we wanted but the trim was not our #1 choice. We were prepared to accept it regardless. However, the next day, they sourced a truck that was exactly the right trim and had even more features than we had specified. In the end, we got a better truck for the same money. Taking possession of the truck was smooth and seamless. They even had a new insurance document from our insurer ready for us. So considerate.
