Terrible Service All Around In July I brought my truck in for 3 recalls. I had booked an appointment over a week in advance and I dropped my vehicle off the day of the appointmen In July I brought my truck in for 3 recalls. I had booked an appointment over a week in advance and I dropped my vehicle off the day of the appointment before work. Later that morning I got a call saying I did not have an appointment for my truck, but that they would still fit it in anyways asking when I needed it done by. So I told them I needed it back at 3:00pm. I got stuck working late that day and didn’t end up actually going back to pick up my truck until 4:30pm and it had not even moved since that morning. They finally brought it into the shop once I arrived and did the recalls. Driving home from the shop I noticed my traction control light was now on and the cruise control wouldn’t work. So I called them back within 15 minutes of leaving to explain the issues I was having and that these were all new issues the truck did not have before going into the shop. When I called the service lady said the soonest they could get it back in was the weekend and it was Monday at the time. Then she insisted it had nothing to do with anything they had done and in the end hung up on me. At that point I decided I’d had enough and went to Londonderry Dodge instead and they confirmed the light/cruise control issue was from a recall not being completed. More
