Great selection of vehicles and upfront service The staff at Straightline were polite and friendly and ready to answer any and all questions we had. Originally we took a test drive in a 2018 Jeep C The staff at Straightline were polite and friendly and ready to answer any and all questions we had. Originally we took a test drive in a 2018 Jeep Compass with Katie (Spring) but due to a few circumstances we were unable to pursue. We did get some follow up phone calls prior to our revisit and when we felt ready came in and were met by Brandon who was super nice and upfront. I gave him my budget and expectations and after doing some calculations came back with a respectable offer. We were then sent to finance where Amber was super awesome and explained all the terms, conditions and warranties in place with the vehicle. The buying experience was straight forward, simple and overall pretty good. The vehicle is an absolute delight and a fun ride that has everything I am looking for. Only reason I left a star open is because my impression of a dealer has more to do with the service you get after your purchase and not the effort put in leading up to. If Straightline continues to work as hard for me after the fact then I will be 5 star impressed. Shout out to Chad Hogan who has worked with me over the past few years and was able to really detail features of a few vehicles I was interested in. More
