Jacky Cho and Scott Conrad were exceptional in their customer service and should be commended for their efforts. Not only were they extremely competitive in offering an amazing value for the 2015 XV Crosstrek compared to other dealerships, but Scott generously provided a complimentary cut and polish for some minor scratches found on the vehicle upon inspection at delivery. Scott, the sales manager, seemed to sincerely try his best to ensure our satisfaction throughout the entire purchase and delivery experience. This dealership also offers free car washes and parking for my vehicle/transport to the airport when I leave on vacation. It is these small details which set it apart from all the rest and defines what excellent customer care and relations is about. Highly recommended. More

As can be expected from a high end brand such as Subaru, my expectations were high and was initially impressed by the dealership and service from the Sales person whom I dealt with, only to be let down when Scott walked into the final negotiation, being so arrogant. Not what you'd expect from a Sales Manager in the service industry. Disappointed in Richmond Subaru and currently reviewing my rights in submitting a consumer complaint with VSA. More

Jackie provided me with all pre-owned options available that I requested (e.g. sunroof, heated seats, low mileage etc.). It's easy to just provide me with the hard facts of what they have on the lot, but what Jackie gives is exceptional sincere service and really listened to what I want. Scott was also fantastic in helping out with the closing and definitely gives spirit to the whole car buying experience. I was surprised to walk out of the dealership within two days with a car at a very reasonable price. More

beyond your expectations In the past week, I had visited two other dealerships and was not treated seriously with staff who didn't really seem to want to help me. When I came to Richmond Subaru on an understaffed Sunday, Dan was eager to explain different aspects and made me feel comfortable within minutes. I came in wanting a 2015 Subaru Impreza and that is exactly what I left with. Dan was double booked but very understanding of my needs as I just got into an accident and needed a car pretty quick. we chatted for about a half hour, I went to lunch so he could full fill his prior arrangements, and then we went on a test drive a few hours later. It was unbelievable! I am such a happy customer and will definitely be returning in the future. Jason and (I feel awful I don't remember his name) the insurance man were awesome as well. You can tell everyone working at Richmond Subaru enjoys what they are doing and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer leaves happy. Thank you Richmond Subaru for the best car shopping experience I've ever had. P.s. the little sold sign that says "Sold to very nice people" is fantastic.
