He didn't try to push us into anything, rather he listened to what we wanted (a basic car with few extras), told us what Subaru had along those lines, and responded to all our queries with accurate, reliable information. He was also unfailingly tactful and polite, even when my wife and I didn't agree on what we wanted! As a result we quickly got to trust and like him and were inclined to complete a deal with him. I also helped that we liked Subaru. I would certainly recommend him to others looking to buy a new car. More
