On the delivery day Oct 3rd. Car was found with scratches and protection film residual. I immediately let him knows about it and he said service would take care of it, just have to find a day to come in I came back on oct 4th, he asked a guy from detailing to take a look. And looks like the scratch would required polishing or touchup paint. The guy from detailing asked my sales person(Nat) to speak with his manager so they can proceed with the fix The next day Thursday oct 5th. I called Nat to check if he has talked to his manager. He said he would call back to me but he never did. I called him again on Friday morning. And told him I will be available today afternoon to come in for the scratch fix. Same happened, he said he would call me back in 2 hours. And What a surprise! He didn’t call back. I called him back again to check what is going on. He said he already made an appointment for me on Monday 9th(Thanksgiving)! I told him its holiday on Monday. !!!!! Apparently he didn’t even go and book the appointment with the detailing nor talk to his manager. He is making things up! Then he told me to come in Saturday 7th. He said the detailing people are working. I went in on Saturday. Turns out only a junior car wash guy is there. And he can not perform and fix the scratch. I asked sales person (Nat) again to make sure that he made an appointment and communicate to detailing guy so that they can perform the fix on the next appointment He then called and asked me to come in on Tuesday 10th 1pm. Then I went Tuesday 1pm, Sales person (Nat) was not there, and No one in subaru richmond I am coming to get scratch fixed, Had to call Nat again to tell him to explain to detailing. And turns out they can not perform the fix due to there is no touchup paint. Had to order and wait 1 week. I called Nat again and explained this situation And express I was not happy about making all this trip to richmond subaru. And also telling him should have made the appointment before asking me to go in. His reply was very rude and said loudly “what do you want me to do” I told him I will write an email to subaru canada with your rudeness. He then said he will not be helping me anymore then hung up the phone! Really disappointed of getting this kind of service in Subaru Richmond. Beware !!!! Nat Berhane. NOT recommended to anyone. More
