Rental Car Not Disclosed in Person I purchased a used 2016 Forester a year ago and just recently found the insurance paperwork from the previous owner in the glovebox which showed that I purchased a used 2016 Forester a year ago and just recently found the insurance paperwork from the previous owner in the glovebox which showed that it was a rental car before I purchased it (which is required to be disclosed at the time of sale). This never came up in discussion with my salesman Joe, who told me it was a lower price (and confirmed with his sales manager) because of a pricing error and I should purchase before they corrected the price the next day. Sounded too good to be true and it was. I called to speak to Mathew the sales manager about this recently, he confirmed it was disclosed in the paperwork (shame on me for not reading the fine print more closely). He said there is nothing to do for me and had nothing else to offer to the conversation. While I understand it being in the paperwork covers them legally, I feel incredibly mislead and disappointed as a customer at the situation, giving me a song and dance about a pricing error when it was clearly the fact that it was a rental car lowering the value. This is my second Subaru I have owned and while I love the vehicles I would never purchase from this dealership again. More

Spam harrassment years later.. We bought a car hear a few years ago. We since moved and sold our car. Our old address gets spam mail which I have spend countless time on the phone r We bought a car hear a few years ago. We since moved and sold our car. Our old address gets spam mail which I have spend countless time on the phone requesting nicely to have stopped, without any action. I also continue to review spam calls on my phone and emails about “deals.” This dealership was by far the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. They have an insane turn over with employees and nothing there is consistent. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Assume the good reviews here are fake because every other review site for this dealer are poor. More
